Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to answer the question whether there exists, at least within the field under investigation, a process of international constitutionalization, and the thereby inherent emergence of a universal international value system, which is called upon by national and international courts to judicially protect individuals and private entities targeted by international public power exercised by international organizations.
