Abstract:
The thesis discusses the factors that can play a role in the success of the WTO as an international institution, organized for governing the trade relations and interactions of governmental sectors in the world. It will review cases brought to the system to clarify the exact roles of those factors. The PhD research project is supervised by Prof.dr. Peter Van den Bossche and is funded by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of I.R. Iran. The research started in 2008 and will be completed by 2012.
