Abstract:
The research permit us to analyse how the penal law of environment can resolve environnment problems, of positif law in Bénin. In general, i have to: - make a point of view of the legislativ environment law in Bénin; - put out the difficulties for application law. In order to show that \"the law in the books\" and \" the law in action\" is not the same thing. - face those problems, make a project in the future and proposed a good way to the environment law in Bénin.
