Abstract:
Policing contracts, in some cases, refers to denying that some certain terms is part of a contract or refusing to give full effect to a contract, so as to control the terms of contracts and the procedures by which a contract is concluded. The judgment of validity is the chief means of policing contract. Along with its development, modern contract law has been divided into two parts, one concerning terms negotiated individually and the other specially regulating standard contract terms. In consumer contracts, the rules about the right of withdrawal and the fairness of terms should be concerned.
