Abstract:
The primary purpose of my research is by investigating and defining realms of the notion alteration analyse the limits of copyright protection in software industry. Consequently, the questions I will study are how the requirement for substantial incorporation of protected material with regard to computer programs has been formulated and applied, and how the said requirement could be formulated and applied.
