Abstract:
The research deals with Climate Change from a legal perspective in terms of responsibility and liability in a field of uncertainty regarding causation and consequences, both from a public and private law perspective. It focuses on the role of the Precautionary Principle as a legal principle in environmental law and consumer protection as evolved in European, international and national law in that context.
