Abstract:

The project is part of the Sustainable Ocean Project: Accommodating New Interests at Sea: Legal Tools for Sustainable Ocean Governance lead by dr. Seline Trevisanut. My research focuses on the flexibility of the Law of the Sea Conventions normative and institutional structure in accommodating new and changing interests and a sustainable use of marine resources.
