Abstract:
Obtaining financial compensation is often deemed the only motive for an investor to initiate a civil liability proceeding. Through extensive empirical research the needs of investors in European Collective Redress processes will be uncovered and analyzed. Creating a unique scope of needs (other than financial) in ECR processes is of significant importance for institutional investors. The data will be available through collaborations with legal entities that operate within the world of ECR.
