Governing Water in China based on Law from the Perspective of Power Structure

Abstract:
The core purposes of this PhD research is to discover and explain: the logic / rationale behind the current institutional developments in Chinas water governance (i); why and how should China make a transition towards water governance based on laws (ii); and how water management based on law can become a routinization (iii).
