Abstract:

Since 1 March 2019, Anna Vera van Beusekom has been researching the regulation of cross-border financial innovations, such as crowdfunding, initial coin offerings and alternative finance for SMEs. Her research focuses on the protection of the public good, consumers, SMEs and third parties and the regulation of current and future financial innovations. The research is conducted under supervision of Prof. mr. drs. Jan Biemans, Prof. mr. Tomas Arons en Mr. dr. Peter Laaper.
