Abstract:
The research focuses on EU judicial protection and, more specifically, on the latest cases of the Court of Justice of the European Union interpreting arts. 19(1) TEU and 47 of the Charter. The project aims at analyzing the constitutional relevance of this case-law from a comparative historical perspective, looking back for instance at early case law of the CJEU on the coherence of the system of judicial remedies in the EU.
