Abstract:
The research concerns the ways non-economic interests are placed within the framework of contract law en may be enforced. Particular attention is paid to - amongst other things - clauses related to ethical entrepreneurship (csr) and morals clauses. It is to be seen to what extent the fundamental principles of contract law are reconcilable with the enforcement of non-economic interests.
