Abstract:
The process of European integration has led to a growing importance of transnational administrative acts. This research focuses on administrative acts with transnational imputation, namely acts one of whose constituent elements is located in the territory or governed by the legal order of a State other than the issuing State. First, a number of legal instruments providing the basis for acts of transnational imputation will be analysed. Second, their judicial review will be studied. Third, the opportunities and challenges of judicial cooperation as a way to overcome the limits of the current judicial review structures will be discussed.
