Abstract:
Technological innovation has accelerated in recent decades and is increasingly shaping the competitive landscape. This research focuses on the use of competition soft law to regulate the digital economy in the EU and China, and investigates specifically the use of soft law to support information sharing between competitors, in order to ultimately reflect on the role and potential of soft law as a regulatory tool.
