Abstract:
By combining doctrinal analysis and socio-legal methods, this project aims to explore the intersection between consumer law and consumer social movements, and the growing demands to attune European consumer law to circular economy demands. In particular, this project takes various social movements involved in the Right to Repair campaigns as a case study to explore the role and the use that the current European consumer legislation plays within such social formations.
