Abstract:
The project addresses potential anti-competitive behaviours that could arise in the IoT-enabled world. Specifically, it focuses on anti-competitive behaviours demonstrated by undertakings in a data-driven IoT-enabled world and how the existing European framework responds to them. Special consideration is given to the effects on competition of the vague amount of data IoT devices and services generate. The objective is to address a critical gap in the existing literature and suggest ways to prevent anti-competitive practices and promote fair competition.
