The interaction between labour law qualification criteria and statutory care obligations in regulated healthcare sectors, with special attention to the legal position of self-employed healthcare professionals with statutory treatment responsibility, known in the Dutch mental health sector as "regiebehandelaren", and comparable categories of treatment-responsible professionals in other healthcare domains. The project includes a doctrinal and comparative analysis with Belgium and Germany.
