Abstract:
This project examines whether the multi-level and cross-regime cooperation mechanisms established by the EU Digital Rulebook comply with the principles of good administration and the right to effective judicial protection. It first builds an analytical framework, reconceptualizing those principles, as applied in composite settings. Then, it maps the cooperation mechanisms created under the DMA, DSA, AIA, DA and DGA, both in the texts and in practice. By confronting empirical facts with the analytical framework, the project seeks to assess their impact on stakeholders rights and to refine the understanding of accountability and judicial protection in the EUs digital regulatory landscape.
